Here I’ve given answers to some commonly asked questions. If you have any questions not listed, or anything you’d like to know more about feel free to get in touch.

  • I work with anyone aged 18 or over.

    I’m not currently working with couples.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long, the standard length for talking therapy.

  • The short answer is; as long as you like.

    I don’t set prescriptive time-frames or put any limits on the duration of our work together. If it feels useful for you then we can schedule regular reviews as we go to check our progress. Outside of that, we can continue together for as long as you find it useful.

  • I meet with clients once a week.

    If you feel like you’d benefit from more sessions than this it might be possible to meet more regularly, however, I don’t offer fortnightly sessions.

  • I’m not currently registered with any insurance companies. I do, however, offer a sliding scale of fees to help make therapy available to those who might otherwise not be able to afford it.

  • I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and all of your information is held securely and treated in accordance with data privacy guidelines.

    Anything you share in sessions is completely confidential in line with the BACP ethical guidelines, available to view here.
